We ask that appointments that need to be rescheduled or cancelled be done 24 hours prior to appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you cancel within the 1 hour window of your appointment time or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. By booking online and entering your credit card information, you are agreeing to these terms. The card on file will be charged accordingly as outlined here.
